DML’s superior mergers and acquisitions services are the result of a corporate strategy initially implemented by the founding shareholder and president, Michael V. David, B.A., B.C.L, who has professional expertise of over thirty years as a lawyer in this field.

In order to ensure that we live up to our corporate mission, we never accept more than a limited number of select prospects. This permits us to focus on the special needs of each client.
