He holds a
B.A. in Economics from
Concordia University and he holds a
B.C.L.,
Bachelor of Civil Law, from McGill University.
He founded DML in 1977 as
a real estate management company. The company has since grown into a
firm that focuses on mergers and acquisitions in response to a need by
the business community for experienced professionals to help structure
deals in a knowledgeable, businesslike manner, while maintaining the
utmost confidentiality when accessing the DML network of qualified,
interested parties.
He is also a senior
partner of the Montreal law firm, David &
Touchette. It is a law firm that practices mainly in the
areas of Corporate/Commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate.
He also has very extensive
business experience in real estate as President of Davidco Properties
Reg’d, established in 1985, which successfully owns and administers
multi-unit residential properties.
Michael V. David is also
one of the original co-founders of XN Holdings Ltd. (XN.Com),
a business to business enterprise that provides to expatriate employees
of multinational corporations property, casualty, kidnapping and medical
repatriation insurance and numerous other services to the expatriate
community worldwide.
He is also the President
and Director of other corporations exemplifying varied, extensive,
business acumen and a proven successful track record.
Michael V. David was the
Legal Counsel and a Director of The Cedars Cancer Institute at the
McGill University Health Centre, in the City of Montreal, Province of
Quebec, on a pro bono basis, for many years.
