PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
DML observes the strictest
confidentiality with every assignment.
In the case of a sale or
purchase of a business, DML identifies prospective purchasers or vendors
carefully applying the appropriate criteria. The information
package is only delivered to a select group of serious, qualified buyers
or sellers who accept and agree in writing beforehand to be bound by a
very extensive Confidentiality Agreement.
Typically, we do not reveal
the names of the buyer or seller until we are convinced there is
reasonable possibility of a successful transaction being consummated and
a Confidentiality Agreement has already been signed by the prospective
purchaser or seller.

COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY
Protecting your privacy
and the confidentiality of your personal information has always been
fundamental to the way we do business within DML. We strive to provide you
with the best customer service. To us, that includes treating you fairly
and with respect.
RELEASE OF CLIENT INFORMATION
We are not in the business of selling customer lists or information to
others. We will only release your information to agents, servants or
employees of DML or lawyers, accountants or consultants working with DML
on matters relating to the client file, unless there is a
Confidentiality Agreement which has been signed by a qualified
prospective third party, buyer, seller or lender.
HOW
WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We will protect your information with appropriate safeguards and
security measures. We have thorough security standards to protect our
systems and your information against unauthorized access and use. All
employees of DML are familiar with the procedures that must be taken to
safeguard customer information. And to us, protecting the
confidentiality of your information is more than a procedure - its part
of our commitment to you.
