Develop a corporate strategy to:  

  • identify the corporate philosophy and mission.
  • identify or create a strategic platform, if it exists, or the need to create one.
  • identify synergistic criteria.
  • review divestiture criteria and objectives from an overall corporate strategy.
  • develop an ideal time line.
  • protect the confidentiality of the seller.
  • identify and communicate with potential purchasers to determine interest and their qualifications.  
  • assist the client and its accountants to determine the sale price of their business.           
  • prepare an information package on the company to be sold or division to be divested.
  • develop a negotiating strategy with client.
  • acts as an intermediary between the buyer and seller.
  • assist in the review and negotiation of the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement from a practical business perspective.
