  • strategic platform.
  • synergistic criteria.
  • board of directors’ qualifications and governance criteria.
  • development of a time line to take critical courses of action.                   

 

 Work with client on: 

  • definition of product industry and how to expand or narrow the definition of the industry.

  • industry trends.

  • evaluating the client’s organizational strengths and weaknesses.

  • developing strategies to maximize client’s strengths and minimize client’s weaknesses.

  • corporate financial position and requirements.

  • developing an exit strategy for principals, including tax and family succession issues.

  • developing commitments and rewards for key personnel.

  • identify the short and long term financial requirements taking into account:

-     corporate philosophy and mission;
-     corporate strategic platform and synergistic criteria;
-     industry trends;
-     market share;
-     corporate strengths and weaknesses;
-     corporate structure;and
